Period 4
1. Study all of the vocabulary words from weeks 1-7 for the Vocabulary Showdown Tomorrow.
2. Read "The Yeoman" lines 103-121 and any margin work that corresponds to the section.
3. Quickwrite
Write a 1/2 page on an event that you think brings people of all social classes together. Can you think of a modern day Canterbury pilgrimage? Where do you think people today could go that would have people of all social classes together? Also, discuss what type of events segregate (separate) people? What type of events are only for certain classes of people?

3. At the Pause and Reflect marks (after line 42 and after line 80) write a sentence that indicates that you have reflected on what you just read. IT CANNOT BE COPIED WORD FOR WORD FROM YOUR PARTNER.
